Gautam Gambhir said, three victories and centuries help his team to grab the ODI series against New Zealand. Gambhir said leading the team in the absence of Dhoni has not affected his batting and did not feel any difference. He said as a player or a captain he has given 100%. He knocking of 126 not out helped India to get a series victory over New Zealand in the third ODI. He said he is lucky to have a fine set of players who are all motivated to do well.
Gambhir praised Zaheer Khan, who swiped off two-wicket in the first five overs. Also said Ashwin is a good spinner with a lot of variety. He said it was a good toss to win as there was early morning which helped the bowlers. It was his second ton against the Kiwis on the series after his match winning 138 not out in the second in December.
